Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied. This study uses 3 independent variables, namely Profit Sharing Level, Promotion and Service Quality. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Customer Saving Interest. The method used to test the hypothesis is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test (1.979), f test (2.45) and coefficient of determination (R2). The object of this research is the customer of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo. The data used is primary data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The data areĀ  125 respondents. The results show that the Profit Sharing Level (0.025<0.05), Promotion (0.000<0.05) has a positive and significant effect on customers' interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo. Meanwhile, Service Quality (0.140>0.05) has a positive but not significant effect on PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo.
