PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT PEGADAIAN CABANG LOA JANAN
Abstract
Employee performance at PT. Loa Janan Branch Pawnshop, which is influenced by communication, motivation and financial compensation both partially and simultaneously, is the aim of this research. This research was conducted at PT. Loa Janan Branch Pawn Shop. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples obtained using the Simple Random Sampling method was 33 respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and R2 test, t test, F test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software tool. The research results show that partially the variables of communication, motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of communication, motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Loa Janan Branch Pawn Shop.
