PENGARUH KEMANFAATAN, KEMUDAHAN DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN QRIS SEBAGAI TEKNOLOGI PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL PADA MAHASISWA POLITEKNIK NEGERI SAMARINDA
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of usefulness, ease of use and promotion on the decision to use QRIS as a digital payment technology for Samarinda State Polytechnic students, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with a sample of Samarinda State Polytechnic students for the 2020-2023 class. The sampling technique used in this research used a purposive sampling technique using the Hair et.al., 2014 formula which was measured using a Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test (R^2), multiple linear analysis, t test, f test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity and using SPPS version 25 software. The research results show that the usefulness and ease of use variables positively and significantly influence the usage decision and the promotion variable has no effect and is not significant on the usage decision. Simultaneously, the variables of usefulness, ease of use and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use and the variable of ease of use has a more dominant influence on the decision to use. So all these factors together improve the usage decision.
