Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline, compensation and work environment on employee performance at Bankaltimtara Samarinda head office. This study uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were Bankaltimtara employees at the Samarinda head office. The independent variables used in this research are motivation, discipline, compensation and work environment. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. In this study, the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software Version 26.0.
