PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SUBSEKTOR PERDAGANGAN RETAIL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2019-2023

Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability and company size on company value in retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. From a population of 32 companies, 12 companies were obtained as samples for a period of 5 years taken using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 tools. The research results show that capital structure, profitability and company size jointly influence company value. Capital structure has no effect on company value, profitability has a positive effect on company value and company size has a negative effect on company value. Companies should pay more attention to capital structure, profitability and company size so that they can increase share prices and have an impact on company value in the eyes of investors.
