Abstract
Tantangan utama bagi pebisnis level mikro, kecil dan menengah untuk mencapai kebertahanan adalah menjaga kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja UMKM, mencakup : inklusi keuangan, literasi keuangan, self efficacy, dan locus of control. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang didistribusikan pada saat pertemuan komunitas UMKM BSI Center di Surabaya. Sampel berhasil dikumpulkan dari 86 responden. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan regresi multivariat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa inklusi keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan self efficacy memengaruhi kinerja UMKM secara signifikan. Sementara itu, locus of control tidak terbukti signifikan memengaruhi kinerja UMKM.
