Digitalisasi UMKM melalui Pendampingan Pembuatan NIB, QRIS, dan Google Maps di Desa Sumberdadap Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract

Most UMKM owners in Desa Sumberdadap lack of awareness and capacity for business digitalization. This gap results in limited market reach, low business professionalism, and restricted access to supportive facilities from the government and financial department. Therefore, assistance with the creation of NIB, QRIS, and google maps profiles is crucial as a form of business digitalization to support UMKM development. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method was employed as a framework to analyze the potential resources within Desa Sumberdadap. The results of the assistance show that most UMKM owners understood the benefits of business legality through NIB and were willing to register their businesses.They also experienced the convenience and security of transactions via QRIS and recognized the effectiveness of Google Maps as a free marketing tool to promote their businesses both locally and beyond. The high level of community enthusiasm for this activity indicates a significant potential for the people of Desa Sumberdadap, especially UMKM owners, to become digitally literate. It is hoped that these efforts will enable their businesses to expand more widely, even to the international market.
