Author Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

 

Format

  1. Articles must contain: Introduction, Activity Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and References.
  2. Article must be written on A4 (210 mm x 297 mm), with Arial font size of 11 pt and 1.5 spaces.
  3. The top-bottom margins are 2.5 cm each, while the left-right margins are 2.5 cm each.
  4. Script length is 8-15 pages.
  5. The title of the article is written with the provisions: capital letter, arial, 12 pt, bold, centered; The author’s name is written with the provisions: arial, 11 pt, bold, centered; The origin of the institution is written with the provisions: arial, 10 pt.

 

Article Structure

1. Abstract

Abstract is written in Indonesian and English with 150-200 words. The abstract must summarize the contents of the article, including problems, objectives, activity methods, results, and conclusions. Abstract does not contain references and does not contain equations.                                                                                           

2. Introduction

This section consists of situation analysis, solutions and targets, and objectives of the activity. The situation analysis consists the background of the problem, the gap between reality and ideal condition, and the objectives of community service activities. Solutions and targets consists an outline of problem solutions, time and place for community service activities, and targets.

3. Activity Methods

The method of implementing activities at least describes the approach used in community service activities. Consists location and activity participants, materials and tools, methods of implementing activities, methods of data collection, processing and data analysis.

4. Results and Discussion

This section presents the results of activities, answers to community problems, findings and interpretations.

5. Conclusions

This section presents activity conclusions, limitations, and suggestions for further activity development.

6. References

Only references referred to in the paper are included in this section. Reference is the final part of the paper, written in alphabetical order following APA Style (http://www.apastyle.org). The composition includes: author’s name, year of publication, title of paper or textbook, name of journal or publisher, and page.
