Abstract
Public health is one of the key aspects in improving the quality of life, particularly among vulnerable groups such as infants, adolescents, pregnant women, and the elderly. Posyandu is a community-based health service that plays a strategic role in promotive and preventive efforts. This community service activity aims to support and optimize the implementation of Posyandu in Karangmangu Village, thereby enhancing public awareness and promoting healthy living behaviors. The methods employed include mentoring Posyandu cadres, health education sessions, monitoring the nutritional status of infants, health check-ups for pregnant women, reproductive health education for adolescents, and health examinations for the elderly. The results of the activities showed an increase in community participation in Posyandu activities, improved understanding of healthy living patterns, and the availability of more structured health data as a basis for program follow-up. In conclusion, Posyandu support has proven effective in improving the quality of community health services across all age groups and serves as a strategic effort in supporting the health status of the community in Karangmangu Village.
