HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT AT JUST TI

• Click Menu -> Register
• At Profile MenuThere are several form fields that must be filled in, namely:
  • Given Name Form is filled in with your first name, Family Name Form is filled in with your last name, for filling in names written without titles, if your name consists of 1 syllable, for Family Name filling is the same as Given Name filling.
  • Affiliation Form, Fill in the name of your Campus / Institution
  • Country Form, Select and Scroll your Country
• At Login MenuLogin menu, there are several form fields that must be filled in, namely:
  • Email Form, Fill in your active Email (Recommended e-mail registered on google scholar).
  • Username Form, Fill in the username to log in to the OJS system.
  • Password Form, Fill in your password
  • Repeat Form, Repeat your password
• Checklist for all statements.
• Click the Register button when all form fields have been filled in.

 

STEPS TO SUBMIT ARTICLES IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY JOURNALS

• The first step is to log in to the JUST TI Journal account ,if you do not have an account, you can first register an account.
• When the author has successfully logged in, the author can directly click the "New Submission" link or search in the main navigation (navbar) in the "About" section then click "Submissions".
• The next step, in Submission Requirements, Author checks and confirms the agreement and statement related to the article to be submitted whether it is in accordance with the requirements determined by the journal manager. You can do this by giving a check mark on each Submission Requirements. One of the authors (Corresponding Author) must include an active WA number on the Comments for the Editor page. Next click Save and continue. See the guideline image below!
• The next step is to upload the journal article file on the Upload Submissionmenu . (Step 1) click Add file then select the article you want to upload, thefile type (format) that can be uploaded is OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or in RTF format. It isrecommended to use the.docx extension inaccordance with the Submission Requirements (for illustration can be checked in picture No.5). Then the article that has been uploaded, on "what kind of file is this?" Click Article Text (for illustrations can be checked in picture No.6,7, 8.) Then click save and continue

• After the journal article script file upload process is complete, the next step is; Author filling in metadata journal article manuscript. That is by paying attention to the following steps:
  • ThePrefix column is empty if the title of your article is in Indonesian. (The Prefix section is filled with A or The, if the title of your article is in English).
  • TheTitle column is filled with the title of the article. (is required)
  • Subtitle column , fill in with the title child of your article. (is optional can be filled or left blank).
  • In the Abstract column , fill in the abstract of your writing in English (required).
  • If in one article manuscript there is more than one author, then the second author and so on can be added by clicking add Contributor.
  • On the page that appears, fill in the other author's data completely.Select the contributor's role as author or translator. Check the correspondence section(Principal contact for editorial correspondence), if he/she is the main author or correspondent of this submission. Once all the required data is filled in appropriately, finish by clicking the "Save" button.
