Abstract
David Kelley is the founder and manager of IDEO, the design firm. Innovation capability produces some nice design work. David Kelley adalah pendiri dan manajer biro desain IDEO. Kemampuan inovasinya menghasilkan beberapa karya desain yang bagus. David Kelley awalnya adalah insinyur elektro yang tidak memiliki latar belakang ketrampilan desain. Bermula dari penempatan lingkup kerja di bagian desain, menjadikan David Kelley tertarik ke dunia desain. Dengan pendekatan metode Zolberg dapat dipelajari latar belakang seseorang menjadi desainer. Analisis didasarkan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Apakah seseorang menjadi desainer itu diciptakan atau dilahirkan.
